Dr Boley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and has his PhD in counseling. He is a convert to the Church. His parents were evangelical missionaries in Brazil for 30 years. Dr Boley has degrees from University of Michigan, Fuller Theological Seminary (in clinical psychology), University of London, and Regent University (PhD in counseling).
