I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and therapist serving teens, adults, couples, and families across Texas through virtual therapy. I created Inner Axis Therapy because I believe insight is only the beginning, real change happens when we understand our patterns and learn how to respond differently.

My approach is warm, honest, and practical. I help people slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build greater emotional regulation, self-trust, and clarity in their relationships and decisions. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to the person in front of me, not forcing everyone into the same formula.

I do this work because people are often doing the best they can with patterns that once helped them cope. Therapy can create the space to understand those patterns without shame, and then decide what you want to do differently.
